This was such a fun square! It was inspired by three things. Spring!!! The butterflies we just hatched! And the box of amazing fabrics my dear cousin Emily sent me!! It feels like heaven looking at them and feeling inspired by them. I hope you like it Robyn! If you could use another just let me know.

ReplyDeleteI was re-reading your instructions and saw more clearly that you did not prefer pastel. I think a few of my fabrics qualify as pastels. I can make another square; in fact I was going to offer anyway in case you have a larger quilt size in mind and can use a few more squares. Please just let me know. I won't feel bad- I had fun making it!
ReplyDeleteOh I think my instructions weren't too clear. I just didn't want squares that were only pastel or only fall colors. Some bits of pastel are fine. I was also referring more to really light, muted pastels. I think yours truly looks awesome. I love it. It might have more pastels, but it's the pastels I like and I love the composition you've made.
