When I saw this online:
I new I had to make one...and right away. I borrowed my friend's accuquilt to quickly cut out 360 little squares out of my scraps. I'd never used one before- how EASY!
Here's the quilt I made:
Do you see the little feet to the right waiting to crawl onto the quilt? They waited very patiently until I was done with my photo shoot before pouncing on it. You can find the pattern I used right HERE.

Giving thanks- the block
Such a fun pattern! I hope the color values feel right to you, Cindy.
For those of you who haven't started your block- I would highly recommend chain piecing, if that's your thing. It helps speed things along.
I will get this in the mail tomorrow!
(Also, how beautiful the addressed envelope! I would love to purchase a rubber stamp with your lovely script. Do you know how to go about making something like that?)

US Address for the heart blocks
Hi ladies,
Sorry I didn't post this sooner. I thought about doing it, so in my head I had already done it. Does that happen to anyone else, or am I just broken? :) Anyway, if you want you can send your finished heart blocks to Jane Lasko, 777 South 400 East #3, St. George, UT 84770.

I need help!
Cindy,
I worked on your square today. When I got to the placement of the brown 2 1/2" squares on the center 4 1/2" ivory square, I was stumped. I didn't know where to place them to get the right sized square for the center. Through "hit and miss", I got it to this...
Please give me more guidance and I will pick it out and make it right. I guess I got pretty close, so maybe just a little more trying. But is there a real formula? Luckily, I have more brown.

Cindy's Thanksgiving Quilt Block Tutorial
Half the month of May has come and gone. I have so many excuses as to why this didn't go out on time, but I think the biggest excuse is that I am a procrastinator. I had all the stuff ready to cut out and the instructions ready to send by the middle of April, but did I get it all together in time to send it out the beginning of May? NooooOOOooOoooOo! Better late than never, though. Here it is, hope you enjoy!
I was thinking it'd be fun to have something for Thanksgiving to display in the living room. I originally wanted the green squares to be an eggshell blue - you know, edgier or something. But I couldn't find the right blue and the one I did buy just didn't sit right. So I found a remnant of something I had used for a Christmas quilt and it was enough to cut out for all y'all. So I'm sending you the green and the ivory pieces. If you could add your own dark brown, pumpkin color and light pumpkin color, that would be so great! If you're confused about what color pumpkin is, err on the side of rust.
I got these instructions from The Happy Zombie. I changed the colors on her instructions so it'd be easier for you guys to figure out what was what. I'll be sending you a paper file of this as well.

I don't know if this is redundant, because my Crazy Heart was also in Liz's post,
but here it is!
Amy, I think this will be such a bright and fun quilt!

Crazy Hearts!
I hope you like this one! I had to tear it apart and match up seams a few times but I like how it turned out!
It was fun to see it next to moms since she got a different color scheme!
