Teacher Appreciation week is over. I wanted to make something extra nice for Vivian's teacher since she's been in her class for 3 years (special ed) and Vivian will be going to a different school next year. I saw this book bag on pinterest and knew it was what I was looking for. I used a denim bag I already had and added a band of fabric "books". I think she liked it.

Love it! Yes, I see the geography book and alphabet book and they are so clever but I can't take my eyes off the Russian dolls (can never spell Matroyshka correctly- was I close?).
