I will be sending the Kona white out today.
Sew the 1 1/2" x 6 1/2" strips to the sides of the Fabric A & B sides.
Press seams out.
*if the pre-cut strips seem a little short, don't worry about it. Later the corners are cut off.
Sew the 1 1/2" x 8 1/2" strips to the opposite sides of Fabric A & B.
Press seams out.
Next place the 3/1/4" squares, right side down at the corners.
Matching up.
Stitch diagonally across each 3 1/4" square.
corner to corner (needs to be accurate)
It might help to pencil a line from corner to corner to get a straight stitch.
(see left corner)
Next trim each seam down to 1/4".
(see right corner)
Finally press out all seams.
(see bottom corners)
This is what the final square will look like except there will be two.
You do not sew them together.
Also, don't trim the square, I will do that if needed.
Thank you wonderful lady friends!
Now off to mail some fabric!
